The entire interior of the property is non-smoking.
The entire property is exclusively for your private use.
Events are strictly prohibited (parties, receptions, photoshoots, filming, commercial activities, etc.).
Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
Maximum stay: 14 nights (longer stays available upon request)

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 9:00 AM
Final times will be confirmed based on availability.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will receive a seasonal rental agreement outlining all the terms and conditions of your stay.

Payment Terms:
Deposit (payable by bank transfer upon receipt of the agreement): 50% of the rental amount
Balance (payable by bank transfer one month prior to arrival): remaining 50% + tourist tax
Cleaning fee: payable on arrival
Security deposit: €800 (eight hundred euros), payable by cheque (not cashed) and returned at check-out
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival

An invoice can be provided upon request.
